| Zayn and Chokey in London | |
|
Zayn came to the Beds scene from London last summer, to study at the university of Bedfordshire, he already had some experience in parkour but has progressed so much over the last year from training regularly in Luton. Chokey started parkour at the end of last year and has really taken to it well, letting nothing stop him progress. They both spent the day in London last week and filmed a couple of videos while they were at it. The videos both show some really good progression and you can see some great potential in both of them. Links to the videos and discussion on them can be found in this thread on the forum: click here. Be sure to post in the forum, giving them whatever comments and critique you can!

Welcome to the brand new BedsParkour website! Until now BedsParkour had just been an online message board. After discussion amongst the team we decided a full website would be beneficial for both us and you; the visitors to BedsParkour. We're not getting rid of the forum though, it still remains the best way to get involved in parkour in Luton and Bedfordshire and the best way to talk to other people interested in parkour in your area, just follow the link at the top or bottom of the page. Here is a quick guide to the different sections you can access by clicking the various links.
